Country Representative- Liberia - Business Development

About the role

Vaidam Health is a medical travel assistant company that connects international patients with doctors and hospitals for treatment at affordable prices. It also offers concierge services to traveling patients and companions.

This full-time role involves managing and supervising business development activities. The job location is Liberia.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by raising awareness of and providing information about the company’s services.
• Introduce company services to prospective partners and meet decision-makers.
• Expand Vaidam’s offline network in Liberia by meeting referring partners, including doctors, hospitals, dialysis centers, and physiotherapists.
• Assist with on-ground activities in Liberia, including medical OPD camps, CME, surgical camps, and networking dinners.
• Travel to neighboring countries if required to expand the network.
• Maintain cordial relations with hospitals, doctors, and departments to support smooth patient care when needed.
• Assist patients seeking treatment in other countries.
• Handle lead generation, market research, communication with patients and doctors, and customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or tourism sector.
• Any graduate or postgraduate in healthcare, hospital, or medical studies.
• Good understanding and knowledge of hospital operations.
• Ability to work alone and with small teams.
• Flexibility to travel within Liberia.
• Fluency in English or any locally spoken language.
• Experience in a hospital or clinic environment and understanding of medical terminology are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
