Bring Your Experience And Be Empowered To Innovate.As a Creative Director on the Creative team, a typical day for you will include:Develop campaign concepts, creative platforms, and big ideas across multiple brandsTranslate marketing goals into compelling creative for print, digital, and video formatsDevelop creative vision for all brands and execute creative work, including art direction and copywritingProvide direction, feedback, and oversight to designers and Jr. Creative DirectorEnsure all creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectivesAct as lead creative point of contact for any agency productionsPartner with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and creative strategyPresent creative concepts and rationale to brand leadership and stakeholdersUse performance data and insights to refine creative approachesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to set Creative vision for Neighborly brands
Bring Your Skills And Be Inspired To Achieve Success.Experience:8–12+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house)Extensive experience in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Indesign, Express) and AI tools for Creative development (ChatGPT, Runway, Copilot or similar)Proven experience developing campaign concepts and creative platformsExperience executing work across print, digital, and videoStrong portfolio demonstrating both concepting and execution capabilitiesSkills:Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop clear, compelling creative ideasAbility to execute creative work across multiple formats with attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducation:Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or equivalentSchedule / in-office requirements:Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.Our office locations are at:500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
