Crew Lead Welder

We restore wrought iron fences instead of replacing them — scrape, weld, repair, and hand paint. We're growing in Austin and need a crew lead who can weld. The welding is light: small cleanup welds, splicing in new pipe on repairs. You do NOT need to be a certified pipe welder or own a big rig, we provide the welder and equipment. This is a crew lead role. You'll run a small crew day to day, so we're looking for someone reliable who takes pride in the work and can keep a job moving. Requirements include some welding experience (basic repair welds), valid driver's license and dependable transportation, punctuality, cleanliness, leadership qualities, bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
