Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance CRM software solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and deployment. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to improve CRM functionality. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Research and implement new technologies to optimize CRM systems and workflows. Provide user support and training to maximize CRM tool utilization across the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with popular frameworks. 2-3 years of software development experience, preferably with CRM applications. Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of CRM platforms and tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
