What You Will DoPatient & Family Support: Act as the primary contact, delivering compassionate, high-quality care and addressing inquiries.Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars and coordinate seamless scheduling for patient care.Administrative Operations: Provide robust administrative support to the department and maintain organized records.Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What We Are Looking ForAdvanced English: Fluent speaking and communication skills are mandatory.Location: Must currently reside in Santiago de los Caballeros (this is a strictly 100% onsite role).Professionalism: A strong work ethic, high reliability, and a deeply responsible, success-driven mindset.Experience: Previous customer service, healthcare administration, or BPO experience is a plus.
