About the role
INDI Staffing Services is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join the Recruiting Team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The role supports recruitment processes in a fast-growing company and calls for analytical abilities, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing by posting job openings on job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.
- Understand each vacancy’s requirements and conduct headhunting according to its specific needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Understanding of the IT market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-direct.
- Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Advanced English level.
