About the role
At Puro Surf El Salvador, you own the guest experience from the first message to the goodbye and convert Surf Camp inbound leads alongside the Academy Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the guest experience from the first message to the goodbye.
- Convert Surf Camp inbound leads alongside the Academy Manager.
Requirements
- 2+ years of guest-facing hospitality experience in front office, guest relations, concierge or retreat host work.
- Comfort closing inbound leads over WhatsApp and email.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- A track record on guest satisfaction, measured by NPS or review scores.
