What we need: • 2+ years guest-facing hospitality — front office, guest relations, concierge or retreat host • Comfortable closing inbound leads over WhatsApp and email • Fluent English and Spanish • A track record on guest satisfaction — NPS or review scores What we offer: competitive base, quarterly bonus on NPS and reviews, Surf Camp conversion incentive, annual bonus, shift meals.
