Customer Liaison Officer

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Customer Liaison Associate to manage customer communication and support the efficient flow of information between customers and our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing customer communication via telephone, email & WhatsApp; as well as walk-in customers. You will operate the company switchboard and direct enquiries appropriately, take messages responsibly, and follow-up on same. You will provide customers with timely updates on job progress, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence, and ensure communication is handled promptly and professionally. You will be required to handle administrative tasks from management.
