Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure their needs are fully met and expectations exceeded, contributing to a 95%+ customer satisfaction rate. Conduct thorough KYC due diligence by verifying customer identities and assessing risks in compliance with the latest regulatory standards. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and KYC documentation using advanced CRM systems to ensure audit readiness. Collaborate closely with compliance and internal teams to identify and resolve potential compliance risks effectively. What We're Looking For Required: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent; additional education in finance, compliance, or related fields is advantageous. 1-3 years of proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of KYC compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in customer service principles and CRM software usage. Preferred: Experience working within financial services or compliance departments.
