Key Responsibilities of CRM Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and retention. Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries swiftly to ensure high satisfaction levels. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to ensure customer needs are accurately met. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management roles. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, trends, and feedback to make informed, data-driven decisions.
