Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints to maintain a customer satisfaction rate above 90%. Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and increase repeat business. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, contributing to a 15% year-over-year revenue increase. Analyze customer feedback and data trends to proactively address potential issues and improve overall customer experience. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
