Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
