Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues by phone, email, and chat.
• Learn Tharuni’s products and services to provide accurate, helpful support.
• Record customer interactions in the support system to maintain clear service histories.
• Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Work with colleagues, sales, and technical teams to improve service and share customer feedback.
• Attend team meetings and training to stay current on skills and company policies.
• Meet performance goals for response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: 16000 per month. Job type: Contract. This is an on-site role in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
