Customer Service Representative

Fluent German speakers required for remote position in South Africa. Candidates must be legally allowed to work in South Africa and speak fluent German. Responsibilities include providing professional support, assisting customers with inquiries, solving problems efficiently, and working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service. Requirements include native fluency in German (C1 level), permanent residence permit or South African ID, computer literacy, experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a helpful attitude. Employment is full-time, permanent, 40 hours/week, with European hours, training period of 4-6 weeks, probation of 4 months, and remote work with internet and UPS requirements. Monthly incentives of R2,000 after training.
