About the RoleExclusive Customer Services is seeking a customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring efficient handling of customer requests and inquiries.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and digital channels.Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of requests.Follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.Meet established service quality and response time KPIs.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Success, Account Support, or a similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual Spanish and Advenced English (MUST).
