Orange Company is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, California. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Accurately document customer interactions and update account information as needed. Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance service delivery. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve customer service skills. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated empathy and patience when assisting customers. Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. As part of Orange Company’s team, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This position is on-site in Los Angeles and is not remote eligible. The pay rate is $25 per hour.
