Join Larry Ballmer as a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless service. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide product training as needed. Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Proficient with customer service software and tools. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Our Customer Service team works collaboratively under the Customer Service Manager, frequently interacting with sales and other departments to meet customer needs efficiently. This role is remote eligible and offers $35 per hour.
