Anthony is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Boston, MA. Join our full-time team and deliver outstanding customer support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your role will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening our brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries with accurate product and service information. Resolve complaints using effective problem-solving while maintaining a friendly attitude. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges following company policies. Work closely with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Participate in ongoing training to deepen product and service knowledge. Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction. Proven teamwork skills to foster collaboration. Prior customer service experience preferred.
