WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Respond to emails and replies to inquiries
- Provide customer service
- Assist customers
- Track and resolve customer issues
- Provide service by addressing concerns, identifying issues, and resolving problems
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure accuracy and completeness

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Previous call center or contact center experience is an advantage
- Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammar and spelling (native English not required; good grammar is)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Can work night shifts / flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong attention to detail and empathy
