We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Farmers Insurance - Santa Fe, NM (on-site, full-time)
Pay: $18–20/hour, depending on experience

Join our growing and dynamic Farmers Insurance Agency! We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued policyholders
Assist clients with payments, policy changes, and insurance questions
Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions
Maintain and update client records and policy databases (APEX)
Review daily retention, underwriting alerts, and policy processing notifications
Contact clients regarding cancellations or renewal changes
Prepare files and support annual renewals at least with new Account Executives
File and organize documents for new and existing clients
Identify coverage gaps and referral opportunities to support our producers

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, proactive, and a strong problem-solver
Organized, with great time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with technology and computer systems
A genuine desire to help people and contribute to a positive team culture
Able to obtain a P&C license within 60 days (we'll support you through the process)
