Customer Service Representative - Remote - United States

Summit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to customers across the United States. This full-time, remote-eligible role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback using CRM software.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and support existing accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
• Monitor and track key performance metrics to improve individual and team results.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
