Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about services and benefits. Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction and foster member loyalty. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating member services efficiently. Maintain thorough and accurate records of member interactions and service requests. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies, procedures, and best practices. Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and strategies to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork. Excellent adaptability skills to handle various customer scenarios professionally.
