Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The Specialist will also collaborate with our legal team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to our clients.

Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to work Mon-Fri and on Saturdays until noon- Proper and professional remote work area, little to no background noise- Stable internet connection, a second monitor, and UPS power backup
Compensation, the starting fee is $4 per hour, plus goal bonuses at discretion of the client, payrate subject to periodic revisions in consultation with the client based on performance, achievements and contributions
