Customer Service Supervisor | Manufacturing / Supply Chain
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join an international manufacturing operation in Mexico.
This position requires a strong combination of customer service, order management, supply chain coordination and international communication.
Key responsibilities:Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams and manufacturing operations.Manage customer orders, production and delivery schedules.Follow up on Purchase Orders, shipments and required documentation.Monitor OTIF, Open Order Reports and safety stock.Anticipate and resolve supply chain issues and delivery risks.Coordinate regularly with international teams.Improve customer service and shipment processes.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within manufacturing.Experience with order management, supply chain, shipments and Incoterms.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Experience within cosmetics or packaging is desirable but not mandatory.
Compensation: Up to MXN $55,000 per month, depending on experience.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in call centers or general customer support without order-management or supply-chain exposure will not match the requirements of this position.
