This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient support. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information and assistance. Effectively resolve customer complaints while following company policies and procedures. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide informed support. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service quality. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management tasks. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Participate in team meetings to share insights and develop best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
