Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering core cybersecurity principles such as ethical hacking, network security, and threat mitigation. Conduct hands-on workshops and real-world simulations using industry-standard tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark to enhance practical skills. Assess training effectiveness by collecting participant feedback and performance evaluations, refining materials to maximize learning outcomes. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful. Collaborate closely with IT, security teams, and other departments to tailor training programs that address specific organizational risks and needs. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management across the company. Prepare detailed reports on training results and participant progress to inform leadership and support continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in cybersecurity training or a similar instructional role, ideally 2+ years. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including ethical hacking, network defense, and incident response. Proficiency with cybersecurity tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. Preferred: Industry certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). Experience designing customized training programs for corporate environments. Ability to analyze security trends and translate them into actionable training content.
