Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal is a full-service landscaping company with a straightforward and unique design/build philosophy. We believe in having one landscape designer handle the job from its conception on paper, to the realization on your property.
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role focuses on analyzing operational data, field logs, and logistics to build actionable dashboards that optimize resource allocation and drive strategic decision-making across the company.
Position DetailsLocation: On-Site in Managua, NicaraguaSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (Working hours aligned with MST)Holidays: We observe standard US-based holidays
ResponsibilitiesAggregate and clean operational data across core service lines, including landscaping, logistics, hauling, and inventory flows.Build and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, labor hours, material usage, and equipment turnaround times.Evaluate cost trends, resource utilization, and scheduling efficiency to identify operational bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate directly with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.Refine field-to-office data collection workflows to improve data accuracy and eliminate manual tracking errors.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, statistics, and business intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Language: Conversational English proficiency.Operational Fit: High attention to detail, strict adherence to data confidentiality, and reliable punctuality for on-site work.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with operational, logistics, field service, or construction sector data is advantageous.
