Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Data Analyst to become a key member of our Inventory team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to improve inventory visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across operations. The position combines technical data skills with critical thinking and real-world operational understanding to identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Specific responsibilities:
Analyze inventory data using Power BI and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies across systems and physical operations.Design and develop dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that improve visibility into inventory levels, movements, and performance metrics.Lead and contribute to internal project development, creating scalable analytical solutions that support inventory planning, reconciliation, and operational efficiency.Translate raw data into actionable insights by connecting system data to real-life warehouse and supply chain processes.Investigate inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis, considering factors such as process gaps, timing issues, system limitations, and human error.Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to validate findings and align analytical outputs with on-the-ground realities.Continuously improve data models, queries, and reporting logic to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and transforming large datasets.Advanced use of Power BI for data modeling, visualization, and storytelling.Critical thinking mindset to frame ambiguous inventory issues into structured, solvable problems.Ability to balance technical analysis with operational context, ensuring insights are practical and actionable.Experience building tools that move beyond reporting and actively support decision-making.
