Support data quality initiatives and participate in regular audits to maintain data integrity. Perform ad-hoc analyses to meet various departmental needs. Document data processes and maintain comprehensive records ensuring transparency and compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Proficient in Excel with experience in data modeling and visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data trends effectively. Prior experience in data analysis preferred but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SQL or other data management languages is a plus. You will report directly to the Lead Data Analyst and collaborate closely with IT and Marketing teams to enhance our data strategies.
