ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Data Analytics Engagement Lead to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars analytics engagements for healthcare payer clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MA Stars measures, payer data pipelines, contract-level performance, and healthcare analytics while working hands-on with Snowflake, dbt, and AI-assisted analytics workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the complete MA Stars analytics engagement as the primary client-facing lead.
Provide deep expertise in MA Stars measure sets, cutpoints, and contract-level performance.
Drive analytics initiatives using payer data pipelines and healthcare datasets.
Develop and validate analytics solutions using Snowflake and dbt.
Leverage AI-assisted analytics workflows to improve delivery and insights.
Collaborate with engineering, data, business, and client stakeholders.
Ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance and healthcare data governance.
Present recommendations and project updates to leadership and clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of relevant experience.
Senior MA Stars SME with payer or health plan background.
Deep knowledge of MA Stars measure sets, cutpoints, payer data pipelines, and contract-level performance.
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and dbt.
Fluent in AI-assisted analytics workflows.
PHI / HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
HL7 ADT message format knowledge.
Recent experience in Healthcare data domain.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
