Key Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain data in various electronic systems with a high level of accuracy. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by adhering to established protocols. Review and verify data entries to maintain quality and consistency. Assist in preparing reports and data summaries as requested by management. Organize files and manage documentation for quick retrieval and reference. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in data records. Respond promptly to internal department requests for information. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in data entry with meticulous attention to detail. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data management software. Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
