Deal Management Specialist Credit Review

The Deal Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing customer contracts and creditworthiness while ensuring all agreements comply with company policies and financial, legal, and operational requirements. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Accounting, and Revenue teams to support accurate and timely deal execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview new customer deals, perform credit evaluations, and determine appropriate payment terms.Review insertion orders (IOs) to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies.Validate contractual information, media plans, and required documentation to support accurate billing.Maintain Salesforce records, executed contracts, and monthly deal tracking reports.Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Accounting to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely deal execution.Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining high quality standards.Support process improvements by following standardized procedures and best practices.
QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related field.1+ years of experience in contract review, deal management, compliance, or a similar role.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.PreferredExperience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana, Boostr, or similar platforms.Digital media industry experience.Familiarity with legal, financial, and contract terminology.
