Debtors Administrator

Our Client is seeking a DEBTORS ADMINISTRATOR to join their operations team. REQUIREMENTS - Must have min of 3-5 years Debtors Administration experience - Relevant Financial qualification will be advantageous - Strong advanced Ms Excel skills - Experience with Sage / Pastel & Ms Office - Strong understanding of banking processes - Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment - Accurate, reliable, and very good communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES - Process and reconcile Debtors accounts daily - Issue monthly statements and follow up on outstanding payments - Handle client account queries professionally and timeously - Allocate payments accurately on the system - Assist with month-end reports and audit queries - Maintain age analysis and reduce outstanding debt APPLICATION If you do not receive a response from Unique Recruitment within two weeks, please regard your application as unsuccessful.
