Delivery Consultant Technical PM

Delivery & Project Management Manage end-to-end delivery of platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned clientOwn project governance, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, handover packs)Act as primary delivery point of contact for assigned client accountsCoordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage cross-workstream dependenciesFacilitate client-facing governance meetings, sprint reviews, and steering committeesProactively identify and escalate risks/blockers to leadershipConsulting & Technical DeliveryServe as product specialist/SME, advising clients on configuration, features, and best practicesTranslate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teamsPartner with Solutions Architects to resolve complex technical/business issuesConfigure and customize the platform to meet client-specific requirementsDrive client adoption and successful implementation outcomesDocumentation & Knowledge SharingPrepare client and internal reporting/presentationsMaintain knowledge base articles, best practices, and reusable delivery assetsQualifications:10+ years in technical/business consulting, delivery management, or enterprise software implementationProven client-facing delivery track record (governance, steering committees, escalation management)Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)Strong requirements-translation and configuration skills; UX/UI familiarity a plusExcellent stakeholder communication — able to run both delivery governance and hands-on solution conversationsWorking hours aligned to US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), Monday to FridayPMP/ITIL or equivalent certification a plus
