1099 Independent Contractor DRIVE/DELIVER SMALL PACKAGES. DELIVER LOCALY IN AUSTIN, TX We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to deliver small packages and parcels to homes and businesses in your community. You’ll arrive at the warehouse, sort and organize packages, load your vehicle, and head out on your route. You’ll use our delivery app to navigate, scan packages, and complete deliveries. This isn’t simply a “show up, grab your packages, and go” job. Sorting and organizing your route is part of the work, and being organized can make a big difference in how efficiently you finish. Routes vary based on what you’re comfortable handling. Some drivers prefer smaller routes, while others are capable of handling 200+ packages per day. You don’t have to be the fastest when you start — we’re looking for people willing to learn, improve, and put in the work. REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver’s license - Reliable vehicle - Smartphone (iPhone or Android) - Proof of insurance We’re looking for people who: ✅ Show up and can be counted on ✅ Have a valid driver’s license ✅ Have a reliable vehicle ✅ Have a smartphone ✅ And know how to use it 😅 ✅ Can safely lift/carry packages ✅ Can stay organized and manage their time ✅ Are comfortable working independently ✅ Have a good attitude and are willing to learn NO previous delivery experience required.
