The role supports delivery of software products and organizational transformations via multidisciplinary, highly skilled technical teams, while fostering team development and maintaining client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute strategic technology delivery plans to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate project planning, monitor deliverable outcomes, and coach and mentor team members in alignment with company procedures and policies.
• Establish reliable communication channels and positive work environments, build strong team relationships, and identify professional development opportunities to enhance staff retention.
• Assess and improve billable utilization rates, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver measurable value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support information technology strategy development and procedure implementation by evaluating project outcomes, identifying potential issues, assessing industry trends, and understanding evolving requirements.
• Support financial objectives through forecasting, project expenditure management, budget variance reviews, and corrective measures.
• Implement and maintain consistent service quality.
