Role: Demand Planner OR SIOP Location: Colombia (Remote)Employment Type: Contract for one year and good chances of extension
Key ResponsibilitiesLead demand planning and forecasting activitiesDevelop and improve short- and mid-term demand forecastsAnalyze demand trends and improve forecast accuracyPartner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainSupport inventory, production, and financial planningBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsLeverage advanced Excel and ERP/MRP data for planning and analysisIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and forecasting processesUse AI-driven tools to improve planning and business analysisSupport S&OP / IBP processesRequirements7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of statistical forecasting and demand planning best practicesAdvanced Excel, including Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex data analysisStrong Power BI reporting and dashboard experienceExperience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/MRP systemsStrong understanding of supply chain and inventory planning conceptsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience using AI tools for planning, forecasting, or business analysisPreferred QualificationsManufacturing industry experienceS&OP / IBP experienceProduction or Inventory Planning backgroundSQL or Python knowledgeExperience automating reporting or forecasting processes
