We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support our dental practitioners, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a sterile clinical setting. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of INR 18,000 per month, ideal for individuals passionate about dental health and patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Welcome patients, take medical histories, and ensure their comfort throughout visits. Perform sterilization of dental tools and maintain clinic cleanliness and organization. Prepare and manage dental materials and medications following dental protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling. Collaborate with dental hygienists and reception staff to ensure smooth clinic workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution. Proven skills in patient care and knowledge of dental procedures. Experience with sterilization processes and dental equipment handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Relevant dental assisting certifications (preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in a dental clinic setting (preferred). Our clinic fosters a supportive team environment encouraging collaboration. The Dental Assistant will report directly to the Lead Dentist and work closely with hygienists and office staff to provide exceptional patient care.
