ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Fractional Digital Analytics Specialist to keep our clients' digital marketing data accurate and actionable. You'll use Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to implement tracking and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising. After auditing each client's current setup, you'll deliver recommendations and work with development and media teams to get it right. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who turns data into real business impact.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Adverity, including advanced implementation and configurationStrong expertise in Google Tag Manager — tag deployment, data layer implementation, and debuggingSolid understanding of tracking across digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and PinterestSharp analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for data accuracyStrong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment3+ years of Experience working in agency environments, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
