Role Description This full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role is an on-site position based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, email, and display. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance data, preparing reports, and recommending actions to improve reach, conversion, and ROI. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external vendors when needed, and stay current on digital trends and best practices to support overall marketing objectives.QualificationsStrong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.Ability to use Web Analytics tools to interpret data, generate insights, and report on campaign effectiveness.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and producing clear, audience-focused messaging.Experience with marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.Comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards; familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization is a plus.
