Digital Policy Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our consulting projects’ team ideally based in Peru or Colombia or other Latin American countries except Argentina.
We welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds. While no specific field of study is required, the ideal candidate will have experience or proven ability in writing, editing, and summarizing texts—recent graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
The candidate should demonstrate the following competencies:- Advanced writing, speaking and listening in English- Strong analytical skills- Ability to summarize policy developments and news.- Advanced Power Point skills- Good knowledge of current affairs and LAC political landscape.- Proactive with the ability to work independently- Effective communication and empathy- Interest for digital policy and its trends- International mindset
Key responsibilities include:- Conducting research and identifying valuable insights- Writing and editing briefings, summaries and other materials- Providing general support to the manager and the team- Developing reports in PPT format
This is a full-time, remote position for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of extension.
