Digital Program Manager

About the role

BayOne Solutions is seeking a project manager to support a community content operations team serving a leading enterprise technology organization. The role involves managing project workflows, Agile operating rhythms, Jira processes, and stakeholder collaboration to help deliver content and business initiatives efficiently and on time.

This is a full-time opportunity with a global, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira workflows, intake processes, backlog prioritization, and team capacity planning.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, story grooming, and team brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from intake through delivery, with clear timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, documentation, and executive updates.
• Negotiate priorities, balance competing requests, and move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, Content Operations, or a similar cross-functional environment.
• Strong experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, workflow management, intake processes, and backlog management.
