About the role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Product Analyst for its Team Productivity squad. The Digital Collaboration portfolio supports how people across the firm communicate, share work, run meetings, and interact with AI. In this role, you will build expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and identify high-value product opportunities.
You will apply specialized knowledge to questions involving user behavior, product capabilities, adoption strategy, and the evolving AI landscape. The role calls for independent decision-making, structured analysis of complex problems, and support for the Product Owner and portfolio leadership.
Responsibilities
- Find, frame, and pursue valuable opportunities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Provide expertise on collaboration technology in a global professional services firm.
- Apply insights about user behavior, product capabilities, adoption strategy, and AI to product decisions.
- Bring structure and insight to complex problems and provide leverage to the Product Owner and senior leaders.
