A Direct Tax and Stats Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in this transformation by demonstrating accountability for knowledge transfer of in-scope market processes . Furthermore, they will contribute to transforming service delivery through simplification, standardization, process step elimination, consolidation, and continuous improvement. The senior analyst will support and train the team by reviewing deliverable quality, and coordinating daily activities with the assistant manager and with the teams, applying leadership skills and strong foundation of tax and financial statements processes expertise for several markets and utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or relevant previous experience delivering the service solution.

Core Responsabilities:
- Conduct statutory accounting analysis for tax purposes to ensure alignment with accounting principles.- Have a strong understanding of tax and financial processes to inform daily decisions and propose efficient workflows.- Manage and provide timely visibility about issues that may arise for proper preparation and timely delivery of responsibilities following the established scalation path.- Handle efficiently the different deliverables by demonstrating excellent planning and organizations skills.- Prepare and file medium or high complexity returns and financial statements, including federal, state, and local filings.- Review and assist juniors and analysts with dormant-low complexity returns and financial statements.- Review and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for law updates, process changes, and the inclusion of special situations or scenarios.- Work and promote process improvements through standardization and automation.- Transfer Knowledge to the company team members ensuring proper understanding about the tax and accounting legislations, different ways of workings and general administrative processes.- Manage tax, finance and statutory accounting / reporting issues as point of escalation.- Coordination with the different stakeholders as internal team, clients, external auditor, tax advisors and local member firms.- Support the team by resolving queries, attending meetings with them, and assisting with communication to ensure success.

Requirements:
🎓 Education & Technical Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced students will also be considered.Understanding of tax and accounting processes and financial statement analysis. Avanced English proficiency (B2+)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:
- From 2 to 3 years working on direct tax, finance or statutory accounting processes.- From 6 months to 1 year working with processes on an accounting firm or shared service center environment. (Desirable )
