Responsibilities
Manage technology implementation projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersDevelop project plans, timelines, and track deliverablesDocument processes, workflows, and key decisionsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support go-live phasesGenerate executive reports for clientsAnalyze operational and financial dataParticipate in projects related to UCaaS and CCaaS
Requirements
Advanced English (spoken and written)Experience in project managementExperience in business analysisExcellent documentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience working with clients
