At Do Good Ventures, the core outcome for the Director of DTC Growth is to build and scale a Meta-led paid acquisition engine into an 8-figure/year growth driver for two owned brands, then add retention systems that maximize the lifetime value of the customers it brings in. Making Meta scale profitably is the priority.

The role joins a mid-7-figure brand that has grown 200% year over year. Its dedicated DTC push, started 6 months ago, is up 700% year over year, with a clear line of sight to 8 figures annually from DTC alone.

Responsibilities

• Find and scale winning creative angles on Meta that meet target CAC and unit economics, with angle-level creative direction.
• Build and scale paid acquisition on Meta, then layer in retention systems to maximize customer lifetime value.
