Distributor Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Analyze and interpret sales performance, market trends, and business data to support strategic decision-making
☑️ Monitor and manage distributor accounts, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of sales objectives
☑️ Coordinate closely with distributors, internal sales teams, and Trade Marketing to execute business plans and initiatives
☑️ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors while addressing customer inquiries and account-related concerns promptly and professionally
☑️ Conduct regular field visits to monitor market performance, distributor activities, and merchandising execution
☑️ Prepare accurate sales reports, business analyses, and professional presentations for management review
Qualifications:
✅️ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
✅️ Must possess a valid driver's license and be confident in traveling for field assignments
✅️ Strong knowledge of sales operations, distributor management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and account monitoring
✅️ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✅️ Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
✅️ Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or the FMCG industry is highly preferred
Additional Requirements:
✅️ Willing to travel extensively within the South Luzon territory
✅️ Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive business relationships
✅️ Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
