Key Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote learning and development across various domains. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate their growth. Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Engage with families to enhance their involvement in their child's education and development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational initiatives and integrate best practices. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to continually enhance teaching skills. Manage classroom behavior and dynamics to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Cache Level 3 Diploma. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Proficient in relevant educational software and tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience in a multicultural environment. Passion for early childhood education and child development.
