Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Exclusive Employment Litigation Defense: Must have a well-established background in employment litigation defense. Trial Experience: Preferred but not mandatory. Public Entity Defense: Experience is a plus. Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of class actions and PAGA claims. Education: Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) required. Licensing: Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California. Skills: Superior research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and oral).
