Factored is looking for a driven and highly proactive Engagement Consultant to help establish its project-based Solutions Engineering practice. The role connects client needs, technical design, and repeatable delivery by turning ambiguous opportunities into well-scoped, well-priced engagements and building templates, kits, and workflows for consistent delivery. The consultant will also partner closely with the Partnerships team to streamline how the teams work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project proposals end to end, translating client needs and architect input into clear, structured, well-scoped engagements.
• Draft proposal narratives, assemble estimates and assumptions, and co-own final proposals with solutions leadership.
• Partner with solutions architects and client stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, boundaries, and assumptions.
• Document scope guardrails and change-control triggers, and ensure each engagement is clearly defined before it starts.
• Build and continuously improve service delivery kits, including reusable templates, estimation models, and SOW and engagement frameworks.
