About the Company
We are a team of over 200 professionals dedicated to creating innovative tech solutions for businesses. Based in Argentina, we develop platforms used across North America, always aiming to exceed our clients' expectations. Our expertise ranges from interface design to complete business software, with a team focused on technical support and quality control. We are guided by six core values that ensure excellence in every project. We're growing and looking for people like you to join us.
About the role: Lead an engineering team, owning both the technical health of the systems your team maintains and the growth of the people building them — with AI-assisted development as a core, non-negotiable part of how the team works.
What you'll do:
Monitor production systems using existing tools and logs, debug issues with guidance, and escalate when systems behave unexpectedlyPartner with AI through context engineering — critically evaluate its output and continuously improve documentation and collaboration patterns to deliver work more effectivelyMaintain deep domain expertise across the systems in use, self-resolve knowledge gaps, and build enough proficiency in new technologies to troubleshoot them effectivelyTake loosely defined feature outcomes, evaluate their technical trade-offs and constraints, and create implementation plans that deliver within existing system boundariesDevelop your teammates' skills through hands-on mentorship, sharing expertise in the domains where you have strength and experienceAdopt and facilitate software development lifecycle processes, ensuring the team consistently follows established standards and practicesPropose and implement solutions that evolve the system architecture, contribute to ADRs, and strengthen the architecture already in placeActively assign and distribute work across the team based on availability, skills, and capacity, ensuring tasks reach the right people
Must-haves:
Prior experience managing or mentoring engineers · Strong experience with C#/.NET and backend application development · Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures · Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) — data modeling, performance tuning · Comfortable driving AI-assisted development practices across a team · Experience facilitating SDLC processes and standards · Strong written and spoken English
Nice-to-haves: Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) · Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows · Experience contributing to ADRs / architecture decisions · Background in both product-oriented and client-service delivery contexts · Experience delegating and planning workload across a small-to-mid engineering team
What We Offer:
Join a company with over 20 years of experience, offering a competitive salary in USD and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. We provide ongoing training, professional development, and a collaborative work environment. You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging, international projects. Additionally, we offer flexible PTO, extended parental leave, and an attractive hiring bonus.
